Fee lists, schedules and reports printed tidy, with headings on every page.

Make PDF draws each page as an image with an invisible text layer, so text stays searchable. Print, then Save as PDF gives vector text with the browser's own page breaks.

Good to know
- Turn on column letters and row numbers to print the sheet the way Excel shows it on screen.
- Untick Repeat first row when the sheet has no header row.
- Wide sheets fit better on landscape pages; A3 landscape gives the most room.
- Dates print as year-month-day, so they read the same in every country.
Questions people ask
How do I convert an Excel file to PDF?
Choose the .xlsx or CSV file, tick the sheets you want and press Make PDF. Each sheet starts on a new page and the header row repeats at the top of every page.
Does it keep my cell formatting?
Values, text and dates come across, and numbers are shown the way Excel's General format shows them. Fonts, fill colours, merged cells, column widths, charts and pictures are not kept, and currency or percentage formats appear as plain numbers.
My sheet is too wide for the page. What can I do?
Leave Scale on Fit width and the table shrinks to the page width. Landscape pages give wide sheets more room, and A3 landscape the most.
Which files can it read?
Excel .xlsx and .xlsm workbooks and CSV or TSV text files. Old .xls and OpenDocument .ods files need saving as .xlsx or CSV first. Very long sheets are cut at 10,000 rows (about 200 pages), with a note in the PDF.
Are my PDF files uploaded?
No. Every step runs inside your browser with the pdf-lib and pdf.js libraries. Files never leave your device, there is no size or count limit beyond your computer's memory, and nothing is stored when you close the tab.
