Terms and conditions

sdev.in (the "site") is published by Sivaraj S from India. By using the site, its courses or its tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is free and no account is needed, so these terms are the whole agreement between us.

The tools run in your browser and process your own files and text. You are responsible for what you put into them and for checking the result before you rely on it. A merged PDF, a compressed image, a hash or a converted file should be verified by you before it is sent, published or signed.

You keep all rights to the content you process. Because the tools do not upload your files, the site never takes a copy of them. See the privacy policy for the few cases where a tool fetches a web address on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• use the site or its URL fetching features to attack, overload or scrape other sites;
• process content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful;
• try to break, probe or interfere with the site, its hosting or its analytics;
• republish the site's pages, text or videos as your own, or wrap the tools in another site without permission.

The courses are free YouTube videos in Tamil and English. They are for learning and are provided as they are. Code shown in a video may be used in your own projects without attribution. Watching a video on this site is also subject to YouTube's terms of service.

The design, text, logos and videos of the site belong to Sivaraj S unless stated otherwise. Open source libraries used by the tools stay under their own licences. Names of third-party products mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

The site links to YouTube, Google Maps, app stores, public CORS proxies and other services that I do not control. I am not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. Follow their terms when you use them.

The site, courses and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or that the site will be free of errors or interruptions. Tools may change, break or be removed at any time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sivaraj S is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost profits or damage from relying on a tool's output or a course's content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
