Organize PDF shows a thumbnail of every page; drag tiles to reorder and use the buttons to rotate or delete. Rotate PDF and Remove pages do one job each when you already know the page numbers.

How do I make a PDF smaller for email?

Compress PDF re-encodes the images inside the file, which is where most of the weight is, and keeps the text sharp and selectable. Recommended usually halves a scan; Extreme flattens pages for the smallest file.

Can I convert a PDF to Word or Excel here?

Not yet. Those need layout reconstruction that is not reliable in a browser. PDF to image, image to PDF and the page tools are all available; PDF to Word is on the list.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Every tool is built for touch and small screens. Big files are slower on a phone because the work happens on the device, but they still finish.
