How to organize the pages of a PDF

  1. Add the PDF

Choose a file or drop it on the box. Thumbnails appear page by page as they are drawn.

  2. Arrange the pages

Drag tiles to reorder, or use the arrows. Rotate or delete pages with the buttons under each tile.

  3. Save

Press Save PDF and download the result. The tile numbers show the new order; (was 7) tells you where a page came from.

Good to know

  • Reverse order fixes a scan that came out back to front in one click.
  • Rotate all turns every page at once; press it twice for 180 degrees.
  • To move a page a long way, drag it; the other tiles shift as you pass over them.
  • To keep only a few pages, delete the rest here, or use Extract pages with a page list.

Questions people ask

How do I rearrange the pages of a PDF?

Add the file, drag a page tile to its new place (or use the left and right arrows under it), and press Save PDF. The new order is written to a copy; your original is untouched.

Can I delete or rotate just one page?

Yes. Each tile has a rotate button, which turns that page 90 degrees per press, and a delete button. Restore page brings back the last page you deleted, and Reset undoes everything.

Does reordering reduce the quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are, with their text, fonts, images and links, so the output looks exactly like the input.

How large a file can I organize?

There is no fixed limit. Thumbnails are drawn for the first 400 pages; longer files still work, with page numbers on the remaining tiles.

Are my PDF files uploaded?

No. Every step runs inside your browser with the pdf-lib and pdf.js libraries. Files never leave your device, there is no size or count limit beyond your computer's memory, and nothing is stored when you close the tab.
