How to use the school id card maker
Pick a school card
The school designs are shown first. Click one, then change the school name, logo and colours to match your uniform.
Add your class list
Open Names list and load your Excel sheet: name, class, section, roll no, blood group and parent phone. Choose photos to match each child.
Print the cards
Press Download and pick Print sheets. You get A4 pages with many cards each, cut marks, and backs that line up for double-sided printing.

How do I make ID cards for a whole class?
Make an Excel or CSV sheet with one row per student: name, class, section, roll number, blood group and parent phone. Open Names list, load the sheet, and every student gets a card. Check a few rows with the arrows, then download.
What should a school ID card have?
Most schools print the school name and logo, the student's photo and name, class and section, roll or admission number, blood group, parent phone and address, and the principal's signature. The back usually has rules and a return address in case the card is lost.
How do I add each student's photo?
Name each photo with the roll or admission number, such as 2024-0457.jpg, and put the same file name in a Photo column of your sheet. In Names list press Choose photos and select them all; each card shows the right child.
Can I print on PVC cards?
Yes. The cards are the standard ID card size (CR80, 85.6 x 54 mm). Download PNG or PDF, one file per card, for a PVC card printer, or Print sheets on A4 to cut and laminate.
Can I write the school name in Tamil or Hindi?
Yes. Click any text and pick a Tamil, Hindi or other Indian language font from the font list, then type or paste the words.
Can I make a certificate or ID card for any institution?
Only for your own school, college, company or event, or with the issuer's permission. Making or using a fake or copied certificate, mark sheet or ID card is a crime, and the person who does it is responsible. sdev.in only provides the tool and does not check or vouch for any document.
