Print or send
Press Download: Print sheets with cut marks for printing, or one PNG or PDF per person to send to a card printing shop.

How do I make employee ID cards for my company?
Pick an office design, add your logo and colours, then load an Excel sheet with one row per person: name, employee ID, department, role, blood group and emergency contact. Every person gets a card, ready to print.
What should an employee ID card have?
The company name and logo, the person's photo and name, employee ID, department or role, blood group, and an emergency contact. The back usually says what to do if the card is found, with the office address and phone.
Can I add a QR code for attendance?
Yes. Click Add, choose QR code or Barcode, and set its value to the Employee ID column. Each card gets its own code for attendance or door scanners.
Can I make visitor and contractor passes too?
Yes. Pick All under Made for in the templates panel to see visitor, contractor, security and intern passes.
Is our staff data safe?
Yes. Your sheet and photos stay on your computer; the cards are made in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Your design is kept only in this browser, so you can come back to it.
Can I make a certificate or ID card for any institution?
Only for your own school, college, company or event, or with the issuer's permission. Making or using a fake or copied certificate, mark sheet or ID card is a crime, and the person who does it is responsible. sdev.in only provides the tool and does not check or vouch for any document.
