Most pages capture cleanly on the first try. When one doesn't, it is usually one of these.
- 1
Step 1 of 5
A header or banner repeats
Fixed and sticky parts are kept once at the top by default. If a site still repeats one, change how floating parts are handled in Options and capture again.
- 2
Step 2 of 5
Pictures are blank or blurry
The site loads pictures only as you scroll. Scroll to the bottom and back to the top, wait a moment, then capture.
- 3
Step 3 of 5
Only the first screen of an app came out
The app scrolls inside a panel. Click inside the part you want, then capture again so the extension scrolls that panel.

Step 4 of 5
“This page is protected by the browser”
Settings pages, the extensions page, add-on stores and new tab pages can't be captured by any extension.

Step 5 of 5
The capture stops partway
Very long pages stop at the height limit (40,000 pixels by default). Raise it in Options, or capture the page in parts with a selection.
That's it. You're done.
