Pick upright columns or sideways bars, side by side or stacked. Sort largest first, show values on the bars, and call out the highest and lowest.

What is the difference between a bar graph and a column chart?
They are the same idea. Columns stand upright and suit time or a few short labels. Bars lie sideways and suit long labels or many items. Switch between them with one click.
How do I make a stacked bar graph?
Add two or more number columns, then turn on Stacked in the Style tab. Each bar shows the total, split into its parts with a small gap between them.
Can I sort the bars from largest to smallest?
Yes. Turn on Sort largest first in the Style tab, or press Make it presentation ready. Your table keeps its own order.
Which files can I download?
PNG at 1x, 2x or 4x sharpness, SVG for crisp scaling in slides and design apps, and a PDF page. You can also copy the picture straight into a document or chat, and save the table as Excel or CSV.
Are my numbers uploaded anywhere?
